WOW it's been a long time! (I bet no one's even noticed huh..) Anywhoo, just in case someone ACTUALLY looks at my little ole blog, I have a new one. I haven't done much lately, but i am happy with this one that i took while me and the kiddos were going for a walk. Enjoy...

My Handmade Christmas

I made 3 of these outfits for all of my girlies. The finished product had red buttons going down the middle of the t-shirt. I LOVE the way they came out! I was super excited making these gifts! Did you see the flower? Want me to teach you how to make it? I was thinking how I really want to put up a tutorial of some sort, but I don't get any comments. So if you want a flower clip tutorial, LET ME KNOW! Oh, by the way, sorry about the poor photo quality, I was dead tired, and finished this super late at night. So, Hannah Grace, Savannah, and Gabby all got handmade christmas gifts! Now what am I going to do for next year?!!

Just a little preview of my friend Sophie and her husband to be. This was a fun shoot. I was feeling a little under the weather, but we made do, and got some great shots! Sister In Law purse!

Okay, so I never put my crafts or sewing projects on this blog, but I was so excited about this one I decided to show you all what I did!
This year with my hubby out of work I decided I would make a few gifts. Even though I spent a little too much on fabric, it still comes out less expensive. So anyways, we usually only buy gifts for the kids in my family, but this year I thought it would be nice to make all of my beautiful sister in laws a purse! And since I have a niece who is 9 I thought I'd make her one too. So, I picked this cute fabric for her, and my youngest sister in law. This one is Savannah's, I'm not completely finished with it yet. I'm thinking I'll add a pocket on the inside and outside, and I'm going to screen print an "S" on the front! So, what do you think?
What would you say if I said I was thinking about putting up a tutorial for you to try this for yourself? It's really easy, if you're a beginner, I'm sure you'd be able to tackle this with no problems. Let me know! See if maybe now i'll get a comment or 2! :)

I've also been working on my little bro in laws football pics. Here's just one for now. I'm working on putting him on a magazine cover like the one I did for my boy. Except of course my mother in law doesn't want espn magazine, she wants sports illustrated!! grr....

I've been busy!

Okay, Okay, Okay, I've had a busy day. But it's all good, I got to spend some time with my super cool cousins, and ALL their kiddos! Let me tell you, it is sooo hard to get a good pic with all the kids looking at the camera at the same time! I hope my cousin Rachel likes em!!!

Just a random pic. We spent ALL day at game day in fresno. We had fun. Our guys basketball team placed 3rd, our ladies B-ball team placed 1st, and we forfeited our volleyball game after finishing the first round in 1st place. We were all tired and hungry...

Happy Birthday to my little man!

My Little man celebrated his birthday last tuesday. I can't believe he's 8!!! I have an 8 year old! No way! and as my 10th year reunion is coming up fast, I still can't believe that I have an 8 year old! I'm trippin!!! I'm so proud of him. Well, I made him this invitation for his tailgate themed birthday party next saturday. What do you think? I also made him some little mini invites since were inviting a few more than a little bit. Well, if you were to comment me, I'd appreciate it mucho, but if for some reason you can't comment, then I'm sure you could e-mail me a little note. I'm just saying. Have a great sunday!!

Guess where I've been

We just got home from camping in Pismo. My father in law likes us to go every year around his birthday which happens to be the day before mine. This year it was special, it's his 50th! Here's a pic of me and the kids making silly faces. I've decided that no matter how awful I think I look in pics, I don't want for my children someday to look for a picture of me with them in their childhood, and find nothing. I want my kids to look back, and think "yeah, mom was kinda cool" So there's my post for tonight.
In other news, my friend from church has passed away, and even though I have more pismo pics to post, my heart is busy with thoughts of her, and her family's grief, and most of all her new home. I'm praying for her family...
